Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
The Single Point of Contact, or SPOC, of Criminal Intelligence Service Austria can be reached 24/7. The SPOC immediately handles incoming requests from INTERPOL and Europol, from Austrian police stations and from other public authorities, if possible, directly, and promptly responds to them by initiating national and international correspondence. Letters from the Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs (BMEIA) concerning Austrian nationals in need abroad are also dealt with immediately.

If you want to report a crime, or if you have information on a wanted criminal or stolen/lost object, please directly contact the local police station.
Police Service Number
No matter where you are in Austria, you can dial the Police Service Number +4359 133 to be directed to the nearest police station. Calls from mobile phones will be directed to the competent district command of the Federal Police.
However, calling the service number +4359 133 does not replace an emergency call! You can find the addresses and telephone numbers of law enforcement agencies and police stations here .
